Depot Park

Half-Day (7 hours): $50

Full-Day (8 am - 10 pm): $100

Amenities Included:

Stage restrooms, Stage access, and Depot Park
2 extra restrooms can be rented for $40 an hour

Be aware that some events require special permits depending on the scope of your rental. We can help you through that process!

Large Meeting Room

Hourly: $40

4 Hours: $150

8 Hours: $300

Amenities Included:

Use of Continental Kitchen & amenities (dishwasher, sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc.)
Large Meeting Room (Max: 146 attendees)
Main Entryway & 2 Restrooms

Full Facility Rental
